Does anyone else think Wordpress ver 2.5’s admin panel is REALLY COOL? It’s really simple and cute. You definitely should install wordpress just to see the admin panel design.

I think I’m going to rant about music today ^^ Still Korean, my interest has not changed. Funny thing is, I’ve influenced two of my friends already with my endless spazzing over Super Junior, and one of them has now become obsessed over them (especially Kibum). Speaking of which, EVERYONE should do THIS little ranking quiz, even if you have absolutely no idea what this Super Junior thing that I constantly talk about it - just do it based on the pictures (I promise, I’m not a shallow person ^^).

Now begins my music reviews…

First of all, the biggest news to me:

If you don’t know, ever since last year rumors have been flying around that Super Junior is starting another subunit, called Super Junior-China. The rumor has been confirmed earlier this year, but the name of the sub-group was just released yesterday, called Super Junior-M. Seriously, M is the worst name possible, it stands for Mandarin…………They should have just sticked with SJ-China.

I’m still incredibly excited though ^^ Possible members are Hankyung, Siwon, Henry, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, and the new Chinese member (Zhou Mi in Chinese, I think). The only confirmed song is U in Chinese. Anyone want to spaz with me? ^^

And, as expected, Shinhwa’s 10 Year Anniversary 9th Album is out. I’ve listened to it, and all I can say about it is eh. 다시 한 번만 (Just One More Time), the lead single, is a nice ballad song, but the rest of the tracks are hip hop style, and it’s the ASIAN hip hop style that contains Andy’s rapping in broken English. The lyrics I didn’t like much either. But overall, I guess it’s a very Shinhwa-ish album, so if you are a fan, then you will love it.

Eru had just held his concert a month ago, and a new single already! I like the title song, 마지막 콘서트 (Feat. MC Mong, Brian of Fly to the Sky, Mithra Jin of Epik High). The title means Last Concert, and all three featured artists rap in it. I definitely did not know that Brian of FTTS could rap. He sounds good though, you should check it out

THEY ARE BACK! After a year of success in Japan, SS501 is back in Korea and preparing for their second album. This single contains three songs, 데자뷰 (Deja Vu), 널 부르는 노래 (A Song for You), and Destiny. I love how they are staying with their mainstream KPop style and not changing to any external influences. Their comeback performance on Mnet was perfect, and their later live performances were excellent as well. Japanese stages really do help a singer develop live singing abilities.

YAH for Cho Young Soo’s 2nd All Star album! Every single song in it is beautiful! Baek Ji Young’s 사랑 따위 was the title song, but all the other songs are just as good. V.O.S’s 젊은날 (Young Day) is very soothing. Davichi’s 천개의 그리움 (Coffin Lid’s Loneliness) is gorgeous as well!

Lee Seung Gi’s 2nd Remake Album is, like the first, gorgeous. My favorite is the last track, which is a remake of Jo Sung Mo’s 너의 곁으로 Next to You (or To Your Side) from Lovers in Paris Soundtrack. I loved the original song, but the original melody + Seung Gi’s voice = heaven

Gummy released her new album a few days ago. All I can say it that if you have not heard this album, LISTEN TO IT! Even my friend who disliked Korean music loved her album. Gummy is a R&B singer who has this beautiful and powerful voice. For some weird reason, I am in love with the intro track called Work it now (Feat. G-Dragon). Of course, all the other ones are amazing as well!
