I got really interested in it and did some research and it shocked me to find that thousands of women across the world die almost daily for reasons as devoice, refusal of arranged marriage, or fall in love with other races/religions. I'm actually going to do this topic for one of my project in school, I think people should be aware of this so called honor killing, and how wrong it is. I have a few Muslim friends, and none of them take his religion to the extreme like that. Killing your own daughter should be a crime, in any religion; the fact that he was released so soon tells you how far that section of Iraq takes this religion. At least I believe that when you die, you should have no regrets about anything you have done in your life and have no shame about your actions.
